Our attorney and client fees for legal services and advice are based on the already set fee structure but we are able to structure competitive and flexible fee arrangements. In collection matters for instance, we use the Magistrate’s and High Court’s party and party tariff, which is usually because of the bulky nature of the work, negotiable with our clients.
A conveyancing tariff is set for all practitioners who practice in that area but our fees remain negotiable dependent on the volume thereof, within the confines of the law.
We believe that our good service and commitment to meeting client’s objectives proves value for money for our clients. We are always happy to discuss our fee structure with our prospective clients.
