The firm’s Director and its associates have a wealth of experience in dealing with the above fields of law from their respective previous employments.
The Director has undertaken on behalf of the City of Tshwane a series of matters concerning Supply Chain Management issues, contract related disputes and awarding of tenders. She has also been involved in handling administrative law litigation for Mogale City, Ditsong Museums of South Africa and Northwest Transport Investment.
The Director has handled a lot of commercial and administrative law litigation whilst she was employed by the Office of the State Attorney in Durban.
Labour / Employment Law
The firm’s associates have vast experience in handling labour related litigation, including chairing disciplinary hearings and representing the employers at arbitration and labour court.
Conveyancing
The Director is an astute Conveyancing practitioner with 16 years experience dealing in complex conveyancing matters of the said 16 years more than five (9) constitute Conveyancing within the land reform transactions.
Experience in Land Reform Related Transactions
The Director has attended to the registration of transfers for a number of land reform cases in Limpopo Regional Claims Commission, Mpumalanga, Northwest and KwaZulu Natal . We appreciate and understand the need to expedite the registration and we have the title deeds delivered. This stems from our knowledge and experience in dealing with communal institutions, we have a full understanding of the underlying need for urgency. Our turnaround time for land reform transactions is as follows;
Where there are no mortgage bonds registered over the land, we register in two weeks.
Where there is a mortgage bond registered over the land, we take four weeks ( this is mainly due to the time frame it takes to obtain the cancellation figures, however as we are on most panels of the banks for bond registrations we have the knowledge of the escalation processes of most banks, in obtaining the figures speedily)

Our Experience in Dealing With the Reconstruction & Development Transfers
The Director successfully assisted the City of Tshwane in providing registration and issuing of title deeds to the Mamelodi Ext 11 and 17 Communities pursuant to the Reconstruction and Development programme. We have also attended to registration of transfers on behalf of Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality and for Thubelisha Homes who were contracted by the Department of Human Settlements (formerly Housing) in the Reconstruction and Development programme transfers.

We have fully fledged conveyancing department, consisting of two conveyancing secretaries and one conveyancer.
We have suitable software which connects us directly to the deeds office, therefore minimizing the turnaround time in as far as ascertaining ownership of land and verification of property description. The firm also subscribes to Ghostconvey software and law property.
Corporate Governance
The firm is capable of dealing with corporate governance matters by giving advice on the development of the corporate entities’ governance policies including state departments and Municipalities, this also includes advise on procurement policies of the entities.
